Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Booking Services are available to: Academic institutions Startups Established companies Independent innovators (subject to vetting) Clients must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any facilities or data or starting services. 2. Booking Process All bookings must be made through the official portal or via email request to info@aitech-labs.com. A detailed project proposal including design files, timelines, and requirements must be submitted for review. Bookings are subject to approval based on feasibility, equipment availability, and compliance with safety standards. 3. Lead Time & Scheduling Minimum lead time: 3 weeks for standard prototyping services. Expedited services may be available at additional cost and subject to approval. Bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance. Late cancellations (within 5 business days) will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times per project cycle with prior notice. 5. Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Full payment must be completed before the final delivery of prototype results or devices. Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or institutional purchase orders. 6. Intellectual Property (IP) IP rights remain with the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The service provider retains the right to use anonymized data for service improvement and analytics. 7. Use of Facilities Only authorized personnel are allowed in cleanroom and lab areas. Most consulting may be virtual. Users must undergo a safety briefing and comply with all lab protocols. 8. Confidentiality All client data and designs are treated as confidential. Staff are trained and contractually obligated to maintain data security. 9. Liability The service provider is not responsible for: Design flaws or incomplete specifications provided by the client. Delays due to supply chain disruptions or equipment failure. 10. Support & Communication Clients will be assigned a technical liaison for the duration of the project. Support is available via email and scheduled virtual/in-person meetings during business hours.
